**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control
- Utilize software systems to process orders and track customer information
- Upsell products or services to customers based on their needs
- Negotiate with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Conduct outside sales activities to attract new clients
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a MUST

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
- Proficiency in math for retail calculations
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
- Experience with inventory control practices
- Familiarity with software systems for order processing and customer management
