Job descriptionThis key position has responsibility for all of EntroGens product marketing, messaging and communication. Travel to exhibits and customer events to represent EntroGen is required. The person in this position must work on-site in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles Country, California. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate prior and relevant experience in the industry.The successful applicant is a resourceful self-starter and a team builder with excellent organizational and communication skills who is driven by teams success and a passion for the cause. This position is for somebody who thrives in a small dynamic environment with a results oriented culture who can take advantage of a mature product portfolio including a new FDA cleared product.Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Conduct field lead generation activities directed at oncology care diagnostic professionals such as pathologists, clinical laboratory scientists and laboratory supervisors with a primary goal of obtaining qualified leads. Identify opportunities to work with pharmaceutical companies on their companion diagnostic needs. Revise all existing marketing and sales collateral, including website, catalogs and videos. Identify needs for application notes and technical content and work with technical teams to write it. Develop a marketing calendar and manage all aspects of its delivery. Manage and participate in trade shows. Effectively communicate product value and differentiation to the market at large. Develop presentations and conduct briefings for audiences. Negotiate and procure advertising in various media platforms and monitor ad effectiveness. Procure and manage outside creative talent. Build a small marketing team over time to support EntroGens new commercial activities and regulatory approvals around the world. Contribute to development of content to train EntroGens direct sales force and its authorized reseller network around the world.Qualifications and Required Skills .Minimum of 5 years of marketing/communication experience with a proven track record of success in related diagnostic devices industry field.Minimum of a four year undergraduate degree related disciplines. MBA preferred. Exposure to oncology in-vitro diagnostics is desired.Must demonstrate success in small fast paced organizations with minimum supervision. Must possess above average computer skills.Proven ability to multi-task and to interact effectively with key internal and external stakeholders. Possess superior oral and written communication skills.Ability to travel two to three weeks per calendar year within the USA and Canada with occasional trips overseas.Miscellaneous .
