GeBBS is a leading provider of coding services in the United States and is looking for a big brand manager who can continue to manage and developthe GeBBS image and identityin the HIM market space. Qualification s:

MUST have B2B marketing experience. Looking for a strong ABM and big brand management background, not digital marketing. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing marketing metrics and making data-backed decisions. Creativity and a keen eye for innovative marketing approaches. Demonstrated ability to work in an MS Office environment including an in-depth knowledge of PowerPoint & Excel. Demonstrated skills and ability to work with Salesforce.com CRM and HubSpot marketing software platform, Insidesales.com or similar platform. Demonstrated ability to work in an MS Office environment including an in-depth knowledge of PowerPoint & Excel. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies. Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or an equivalent. Minimum of five years of overall marketing experience. Minimum of three years of similar or managerial experience or ability to want to learn and grow. Experience in the healthcare industry preferred. Must be open to travel 4-5 times per year. Candidate is ideally located near Culver City, CA and may be offered a hybrid schedule but is expected in office 2-3 days each week. Responsibilities :

Manages design and production of marketing programs, tactics and strategies including but not limited to the planning, creation and execution of all inbound and outbound activities through various marketing channels with core focus to build brand awareness, driving customer acquisition and play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s image in the market and contributing to its success. Execute Marketing Strategy: implement and refine a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and objectives. Brand Management: Build and strengthen the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials. Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition through a mix of online and offline channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email campaigns, events, and partnerships. Collaborate with the product team to develop and execute product launch strategies, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans. Develop and oversee a content strategy that resonates with the target audience, establishing the company as a thought leader in the industry. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strategies for continuous improvement. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across various marketing initiatives. Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and cultivate partnerships, collaborations, and co-marketing opportunities that can expand the company’s reach and impact. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested.
