**SCHEDULE:**
+ Full time 40 hours
+ M-F between 8am-4:30pm with rotating evenings on Tuesdays and Wednesdays until 7pm
**LOCATION** :
+ 380 Plainfield Street Springfield, MA
**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Baystate Healths Patient Service Representatives perform a variety of different tasks throughout the day. This includes greeting patients, check in and check out and requesting copays. Responsibilities also include verifying insurances, answering telephones and faxing medical documents.

**QUALIFICATIONS:**
**Requirements:**
High School diploma or GED
**Preferred:**
Great interpersonal skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment a MUST.
Medical terminology, keyboard, Microsoft office products, schedule systems, medical records (electronic and paper), billing, basic math, language, reading and writing, customer service.
Experience in a medical office setting preferred.
