About the role All resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair, and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. Essential Responsibilities: Managing and overseeing all aspects of production chemistry supply and service contracts to ensure successful delivery to our customers. Providing on-site technical guidance and support for production operations, process engineering, commercial, and operational queries. Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing chemical treatment programs to provide support to the production operations group. Preparing technical reviews and proposals of new chemical solutions to share with our customers. Organizing routine production chemical reviews and selection activities to verify changing customer needs. To be Successful: Have a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering, Chemistry Science, or related fields. Demonstrate good experience (at least 3 years of experience) in Upstream Production Chemicals Application. Have some knowledge of process optimization and production chemistry. Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solve problems and provide resolutions. Demonstrate computer skills and be familiar with MS Office.
