Descripcin general del trabajo:

Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo y las reparaciones necesarias y todos los equipos del hotel, incluyendo cocina, lavandera, caldera, plomera, piscina, HVAC, electricidad y habitaciones.
Supervisar y mantener todas las funciones de ingeniera cuando el personal de ingeniera completo no est disponible (es decir, fines de semana y noches).
Responder a todas las situaciones de emergencia, incluidas alarmas de incendio, amenazas de bomba, desastres y cortes de energa; notificar a las autoridades correspondientes.
Haga rondas por la propiedad del hotel para asegurarse de que todo est en funcionamiento.
Limpiar y mantener todos los equipos y reas de trabajo.
Complete las solicitudes de mantenimiento, tome lecturas de equipos y medidores y mantenga un registro para notificar el prximo turno.

Experiencia
Un mnimo de 6 meses de experiencia exitosa en puesto igual o similar.

Habilidades de conocimiento
Capacidad para mantener y reparar equipos de climatizacin, electricidad y plomera y realizar trabajos de carpintera, trabajos de reparacin, construccin y renovacin.
Puede requerir capacidad para conducir camionetas y equipos de remocin de nieve.
Capacidad para mantener registros y registros.
Requiere una presentacin profesional y capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente de equipo y tomar decisiones independientes.
