We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Marketing & Sales Coordinator. This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent or upcoming graduates to embark on a career in both marketing and sales coordination. As a Junior Marketing & Sales Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting both the marketing and sales teams, assisting with various tasks and projects to drive brand visibility and sales growth. The Junior Marketing & Sales Coordinator role provides an excellent platform for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in coordinating marketing campaigns and sales activities within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services Execute and support direct marketing and campaign strategies Collaborate with Marketing & Sales Coordinators to increase brand awareness and sales margins Promote products and initiate the sales cycle Share feedback, suggestions, and knowledge to fellow marketing and sales team members Identify consumer needs; problem solve and persuade consumers to overcome customer objections and close a sale as needed Bachelors in Marketing, Branding, Sales, Business or Communications 1-2 years experience in marketing associate, sales, advertising, or branding position Detail-oriented, self-disciplined, and ambitious Strong desire to improve personally and professionally Phenomenal work ethic with strong organizational skills Outstanding time management and problem-solving abilities Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills
