Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager EnergySage is looking for a senior lifecycle marketing manager to lead the lifecycle marketing strategy, design, and implementation that will help accelerate the growth of our business. The role spans from strategic to managerial to executional, as you’ll be responsible for designing/redesigning and implementing lifecycle marketing strategies, systems, processes, and analytics to increase the rate and speed at which consumer and business leads convert through the funnel as well as maximize the lifetime value of closed customers.

Your mission is to ensure EnergySage B2C shoppers and B2B customers have a seamless, personalized, and clear journey from top-of-funnel lead through closed customer and become evangelists for the brand. You will implement martech systems (HubSpot, SMS, and others) to deliver segmented drip/nurture marketing campaigns focused on audience education and conversion through the funnel from one lifecycle stage to the next in order to maximize revenue created from top-of-funnel marketing activities, increase customer lifetime value, and support EnergySage’s top and bottom-line growth goals. You will collaborate closely with product marketing, content marketing, and design resources to bring these campaigns to life.

What You'll Do: Design, build, and optimize lead conversion marketing activities, including personalized, responsive nurture campaigns across multiple product verticals and user journeys. Lead all email and SMS marketing, including strategy, operations, deliverability, analytics, testing, and ongoing optimization. Lead email design and copywriting processes, including monthly email blasts and automated, trigger-based marketing emails, leveraging resources from the broader marketing team (brand, product marketing, content marketing) and design. Increase customer lifetime value by executing cross-sell strategies in collaboration with the product vertical marketing managers. Own and expand customer reviews and testimonials strategy across 3rd-party tools (e.g. Google, Reviews.io) and user-generated content (UGC). CRM:

Be the primary marketing stakeholder, in collaboration with technical resources and sales, for CRM design and implementation Architect the deliberate use of lifecycle stages, deals, and other data to increase marketing efficiency, CRM effectiveness, and analytics.

Promotions:

Own and optimize the referral program (Referral Rock) Lead consumer promotions strategy

What We Look For: 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing and CRM management, including segmentation and workflow design. Skill and proven experience creating compelling, action-oriented email marketing campaigns. Strong orientation toward system design and data-driven process improvement Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills The ability to understand the target audience and their pain points A bachelor’s (or equivalent experience) in business, marketing, operations, or related field. Proficiency with martech tools: CRM, email marketing, SMS, referral programs, etc. Intellectual curiosity and passion for educating consumers Self-starter who thrives in innovative environments, courageously experiments, and enjoys building operational systems to grow businesses.
