Piper Companies is currently seeking a Compliance Analyst to support communications, data analytics, and project management for an Industry Leading Pharmaceutical Company in New Brunswick, NJ. Responsibilities for the Compliance Analyst * Assist in continuous improvement efforts for both Health Care Compliance and business * Carry out technical support, including user access, system changes, end user issues, user acceptance testing * Author and maintain training materials and conduct new user trainings * Pull reports and collect and maintain metrics from the various tracking and review systems * Creation of dashboards, along with data visualization * Provide comprehensive list used to populate compliance dashboard Qualifications of the Compliance Analyst * 3+ years of experience supporting compliance related activities is required * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) * Experience utilizing Tableau Dashboards is preferred * Prior experience with data analytics is preferred * Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred Compensation for the Compliance Analyst * Pay Rate: $40-45 Per Hour * Hybrid Schedule (Two days a week in New Brunswick, NJ) * Long Term Contract (with strong possibility of extension) * Comprehensive Benefits Package: Cigna Medical, Cigna Dental, Vision, 401k w/ ADP Keywords: Compliance, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, HealthCare Compliance, Tableau, PowerApps, Excel, Data Analytics, System access, #LI-JM1 #LI-HYBRID #pando #LI-DNP
