Responsibilities

As our Compliance Officer, you will: Understands credit card loan acquisition and servicing activities for the development and maintenance of strong operational controls targeted at mitigating compliance risk assessed with various processes throughout the business lines. Provides second-line independent oversight and guidance regarding Operations credit card loan servicing strategies, services and processes through a compliance framework to ensure they are executed in accordance with regulatory requirements. Partners with the Operations business line management in developing and advising on policies, procedures, processes, standards, customer communications, and marketing materials that meet regulatory requirements and supervisory best practices. Identifies and monitors relevant regulatory updates and compliance trends to identify potential upstream risks and issues and partners with business line management to identify solutions and risk mitigation strategies. Communicates compliance concerns promptly and effectively to business line management and Compliance leadership. Maintains a strong working knowledge of applicable federal and state laws and regulations applicable to our loan servicing business. Assists in the administration of our servicing and lending licenses. Key Factors to Success:

Qualifications

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience At least 5 years of professional work in the financial services industry in banking compliance, audit, or legal. CRCM certification, preferred Strong knowledge of consumer compliance regulations and risk assessments. Demonstrated track record of execution and results Ability to problem solve based on strong analytical and technical skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent decision-making, problem-solving and judgment skills Ability to effectively interact with all levels of an organization Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
