Description
JOB SUMMARY:
General accounting responsibilities including preparation of sales tax returns and balance sheet reconciliations.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processing Inter-company and vendor invoices
Handles balance sheet reconciliations as assigned.
Responsible for timely and accurate journal entry postings throughout the month for accounts as signed.
Assist in the Month-end and Quarter-end close process as required.
Complete monthly analysis of accounts as assigned.
Provide ongoing support for the development and enforcement of internal controls
Develop and maintain departmental or process documentation related to assigned accounts.
Preparation of sales tax return data for third party filer and review of prepared sales tax returns.
Assist with sales and use tax audits
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
1-2 years of Accounting experience
Bachelor of Science in Accounting or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Experience with NetSuite preferred and proficiency in Excel required.
