Description
Job Title: Call Center Agent
Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their needs, solving problems, and offering solutions in a professional and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, or requests.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Follow company protocols and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system and follow up as needed.
- Meet individual and team performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and other KPIs.
- Participate in training and development sessions to stay up-to-date on product updates and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are addressed promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficient with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, CRM software).
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
