The role youll contribute :

The Health Park ES Multi Unit Coordinator, under the general direction of the Health Park senior operations manager is responsible, accountable, and empowered to deliver a seamless, personalized, and exceptional experience by assisting engagement specialist functions, staffing, and processes throughout multiple health parks at a time.

The value youll bring to the team :

  • Subject matter experts. Assist with engagement team recruiting and staffing, in accordance with personnel policy and employee relations laws.
  • Responsible for facilitating new hire orientation and onboarding, including ALN completion and hands on training.
  • Responsible for engagement team employee staffing and schedule adherence for all health parks within the Southern Division and all team members.
  • Responsible for, and point of contact for, coverage of all open shifts due to absenteeism and PTO.
  • Directly Oversees Health Park referral coordinators (total 3 FTES)
  • Maintains the safe and efficient operation of the Health Park by monitoring work orders and equipment safety, overseeing vendors, and making appropriate recommendations for improving Health Park.
  • Supervises activities of Engagement team and ensures excellent experiences for our consumers.
  • Provides continual coverage, as required, to offer prompt consumer service and be available for various Health Park business needs.
  • Completes documentations, rounding records, appointment analysis, and audits as necessary.
  • Limits engagement team use of overtime by monitoring productivity and adjusts staff as necessary based on volume.
  • Assists in team meetings, implementing new processes, and handling change management between new business lines & tenants.
  • Communicates and engages with health park team in ways to reduce cost, create efficiencies, and maximizes experience.
  • Assists health park manager by being first point of reference for process questions, patient concerns, and health park-specific issues.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed :

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • High level of emotional and situational intelligence
  • High level of skill in service excellence and service recovery
  • Skilled in interpersonal, oral, and written communication
  • Ability to work in multiple computer systems as well as adapt to technology updates
  • Skilled in organization as demonstrated by the ability to manage multiple tasks/deadlines
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members and other stakeholders/consumers

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED:

  • Hospital, Medical Practice or Physician office experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Previous team lead/supervisory experience
  • Bilingual

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 3-years of healthcare experience or 3-years hospitality experience
  • Associate degree (or in pursuance) with 2-year team lead or supervisory experience within healthcare and/or related field

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

  • Bachelors degree in healthcare, hospitality, or relevant field

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

  • Must maintain current BLS certification. If certification is not current at time of hire, employee must obtain a valid card within their first ninety days
