What do you need to come aboard?
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Platform.
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware technologies.
  • Advanced Knowledge of Salesforce Platform: proficiency in customization, configuration and development.
  • Strong Experience in Apex and Visualforce: ability to write complex Apex classes and Visualforce pages.
  • Proficiency in Lightning Component Framework: skilled in developing Lightning Web Component.
  • Data Management: skilled in data migration, quality, and management within Salesforce.
  • Experience in workflow and process automation: proficency with Salesforce workflow rules, process builder and flow.
  • Front-end Technologies Knowledge: understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues.
  • Strong communication skills: effective in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Agile methodology experience: familiarity with agile development practices.
  • Database knowledge: understanding of relational databases and query languages (SOQL and SOSL).
  • Certifications (preferred but not required):Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Administrator/Advanced Administrator, other relevant Salesforce certifications.
  • Team leadership and collaboration: ability to lead projects and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Continuous learning: commitment to staying updated with new Salesforce features and functionalities.
