A local Erie client is looking for a dynamic and results driven Project Manager / Inside Sales rep to join their sales team. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with clients, understanding their packaging needs, and effectively communicating the value of our custom packaging solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and multi-faceted environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to receive and implement constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Write up quotes for clients based on their specifications.
  • Understand clients' packaging requirements and walk them through the sales process
  • Comprehend the unique needs of clients.
  • Recommend and articulate tailored packaging solutions aligned with client branding and logistical requirements.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations showcasing the benefits and features of our custom packaging solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to negotiate terms, address concerns, and close sales deals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Anticipate client needs and ensure a positive experience with our company.
  • Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure client specifications align with production capabilities.
  • Incorporate feedback into continuous improvement, refining sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Must be able to do basic math and geometry to figure out dimensions of packaging materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Must be able to take constructive feedback to constantly refine process.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn about custom packaging solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects, and demands
Benefits/Compensation
  • Full Time
  • Pay Rate is $18.27-$20.20 per hour plus commission ($5K-$20K per year)
  • M-F 7-4pm or 8-5pm whichever is preferred.
  • Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
  • Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts
  • Temp-To-Hire
  • Benefits after Probation period
