Performance Marketing Manager
We are a vibrant and innovative eCommerce company located in Miami Gardens, FL, committed to delivering top-notch products and exceptional customer experiences. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our digital marketing efforts to new heights.
The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email, and SMS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, with hands-on experience in managing campaigns that drive traffic and conversions for eCommerce stores. Experience with Shopify is a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email, and SMS channels.
Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with business objectives.
Conduct thorough keyword research and SEO audits to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to the eCommerce store.
Plan and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with our target audience.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve and implement best practices.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to the Director of Marketing, highlighting key metrics, campaign results, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within an eCommerce environment.
Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with a track record of driving results.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with on-page and off-page optimization.
Proficiency in email and SMS marketing platforms and strategies.
Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for digital marketing and continuous improvement.
