VP of Marketing: CarBrain, LLC.
Salary $ 200,000.00 per year + Bonus

As the VP of Marketing at CarBrain, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. Working cross-functionally, you'll optimize customer engagement, analyze market trends, and monitor performance metrics. With your leadership, we aim to strengthen our market position and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy: Within the first 90 days, develop and secure approval of a comprehensive growth strategy and plan to achieve the company's growth objectives, with phased implementation over the following year.

Customer/Market Insights and Competitive Intelligence: Utilize internal data and external research to drive data-driven decision-making. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to enhance the company's understanding of customer journeys, touch point preferences, and personas. Identify opportunities to improve engagement with sellers, buyers, and partners.

Brand Management: Develop the value proposition, brand positioning and messaging required to build and maintain a strong brand preference for CarBrain among all our target customers and partners. Aim to enhance brand recognition and improve brand perception scores by a measurable percentage within 12-18 months setting the stage for incremental market share gains based on current market analysis and competitive positioning over the same period.

Product Marketing: Develop a plan to enhance our product/service offerings, customer experience, and pricing strategy. Set specific goals for customer satisfaction and price competitiveness to be achieved within 12 months.

Demand Generation and Brand Preference: Create and implement programs that will support the growth strategies and improve market share. Target specific, measurable increases in lead generation and conversion rates among target audiences, referral partners, sellers, buyers, influencers, among others.

Performance Management: Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators. Regularly review progress and adjust strategies as necessary to meet objectives.

Required Skills:

Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful growth strategies.
  • Proven track record in brand management and demand generation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in product marketing and improving customer experiences.
  • Ability to manage performance through clear KPIs and regular reporting.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial management related to marketing operations.
  • If applicable, experience in operations and P&L management.
  • Automotive and supply chain experience are a plus.


Pay Range

$200,000.00 Annually to $280,000.00 Annually
