Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, preferences, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies.
Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and website optimization.
Design and develop engaging marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and other promotional items.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that all marketing materials are aligned with the company's brand guidelines.
Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and media outlets to increase exposure and reach.
Manage the company's online presence, including social media channels and website content.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to inform future strategies.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing to ensure that the company remains competitive.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
Experience with digital marketing, including email marketing, social media advertising, and website optimization.
Strong creative skills with experience in design and content creation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on campaign effectiveness.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software such as Hubspot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles is a plus.
