This role involves a mix of strategic planning, creative content development, and relationship management, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Relationship Management:
  • Foster relationships with partners and loan officers.
  • Collaborate on co‐marketing initiatives with partners.
  • Plan and manage events, tradeshows, and association partnerships.

Digital Media:
  • Oversee social media marketing efforts.
  • Create and manage corporate content for social media platforms.
  • Manage the social media posting suite and ensure compliance.
  • Support loan officers with social media content and strategy.
  • Contribute to the content strategy for email campaigns, blogs, and newsletters.

Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Assist with new hire integration and onboarding.
  • Manage social media compliance through tools like Active Comply.
  • Maintain and manage promo item inventory.
  • Support event portal management and culture programs for anniversaries and new hires.

Brand Management:
  • Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity.
  • Create and manage digital and print content.
  • Maintain website content and ensure it aligns with marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute content strategies for blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and the website.

Marketing & Compliance:
  • Oversee marketing compliance to ensure all materials and campaigns adhere to industry regulations.
  • Manage marketing compliance for all mortgage disclosures.
  • Onboard new hires and integrate them into our marketing systems and processes.
  • Maintain and manage CRM systems.
  • Act as a secondary liaison for product marketing initiatives.
  • Manage intranet content related to marketing and culture.
  • Specialize in Marketing Service Agreements (MSAs) and ensure compliance.

Requirements:
  • College Degree in Marketing or Related Field
  • 5+ Years Marketing Experience
  • Experience in the Mortgage Industry or Related Field
