Job Summary: As a member of the Global Operations team, the Supply Chain Analyst will be analyzing, maintaining and communicating the sales and operations plan for all global products and locations including the U.S., Hungary, Mexico and Asia. He/she will work closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics and Operations, and contribute to the process of inventory and production planning for internal and external supply sources. This position will be responsible for ensuring the replenishment, production and inventory plan supports customer service and working capital objectives and will identify and implement planning process improvements that support the overall Supply Chain Strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Analyze product inventory levels based on previously agreed inventory plans, demand plan, agreed service levels and the supply strategy* Process, contribute and participate in Sales and Operations Planning* Develop and maintain supply plans for execution; re-plan as necessary to ensure plans stay valid, and proactively communicate progress toward and changes to plans* Assist in the development of demand and supply planning processes* Analyze network/production rollup plans by product group and category* Analyze and process data from production planning meetings with operations department, document and maintain production goals and objectives* Support special projects (inventory management, expansions, end of life material impact, etc.).* Participate in projects related to long term capacity impacts and product changes* Interact and engage with other functional departments on topics ranging from Forecasting, Sales, Quality, New Products, Information Systems, Master Data, Inventory Control, Production and Logistics to incorporate customer and business requirements into production planning* Support continual improvement of processes, inventory levels, performance and optimize operational costs through all stages of the supply chain process* Other related tasks as requested

Qualifications:

* BS/BA in a Business discipline, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics or Logistics, MBA a plus* 3+ years of related work experience, supply chain experience in a multi-product/multi-locations environment strongly desired* Business experience in a manufacturing environment* Ability to communicate with Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations* Advanced data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel and Access* Action oriented with a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and adapt* Ability to work in a fast paced environment* Language skills: Hungarian, Spanish or Japanese a plus
