Overview of Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support company objectives and key

performance metrics.

  • Direct supply chain projects to ensure they are on time and within budgetary controls.
  • Coordinate with Construction and Network team to support planning and projects.
  • Manage supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery

and quality standards.

  • Optimize transportation routes and shipping methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, training, and

performance feedback.

  • Analyze data and metrics to evaluate performance and implement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance supply

chain performance.

  • Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum three years of experience as a Supply Chain professional with direct reports preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role in construction and telecommunications industries required.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP and supply chain management software.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Founded in 2018 by seasoned communication industry leaders and headquartered in St. Louis, MO, Arcadian Infracom is a critical information infrastructure development, construction, and operations company. Arcadian builds diverse, lower latency long-haul fiber routes connecting major data center locations for its cloud and content customers while providing low-cost backhaul to digitally stranded rural and tribal communities for its telecom, cable company, ISP, and enterprise customers.
