Overview of Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support company objectives and key
performance metrics.
- Direct supply chain projects to ensure they are on time and within budgetary controls.
- Coordinate with Construction and Network team to support planning and projects.
- Manage supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery
and quality standards.
- Optimize transportation routes and shipping methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, training, and
performance feedback.
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate performance and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance supply
chain performance.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Minimum three years of experience as a Supply Chain professional with direct reports preferred.
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role in construction and telecommunications industries required.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP and supply chain management software.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Founded in 2018 by seasoned communication industry leaders and headquartered in St. Louis, MO, Arcadian Infracom is a critical information infrastructure development, construction, and operations company. Arcadian builds diverse, lower latency long-haul fiber routes connecting major data center locations for its cloud and content customers while providing low-cost backhaul to digitally stranded rural and tribal communities for its telecom, cable company, ISP, and enterprise customers. Arcadian purposefully routes its fiber through remote rural and tribal communities to help bridge the digital divide in the U.S. Arcadian currently has six long-haul fiber routes under development in the Western U.S. that, when completed, will add 3,500 route miles of critically needed new fiber infrastructure.
