Supply Chain Trainee Program Overview

The Supply Chain Trainee Program is a 12-month development program designed to fast-track the careers of future leaders in our supply chain organization. As a Supply Chain Trainee, you will gain a 360-degree view of our supply chain operations, working closely with our Sales & Distribution Centers, Breweries, and Logistics Central Services teams. You will have the opportunity to rotate through various functions, including warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain planning, and will be exposed to senior leaders and mentorship throughout the program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rotate through various supply chain functions to gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations
  • Gain front-line experience, leading teams and executing operational processes
  • Develop skills in supply chain planning, logistics, and warehouse management
  • Prepare for first placement as a front-line manager in our Sales & Distribution Centers, Breweries, or Central Services teams
  • Participate in project work with real business impact, solving problems and implementing improvements in our supply chain organization

Requirements

  • Current university student or recent university graduate with a Bachelor's Degree and a GPA of 3.0 or greater
  • Background in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business may be beneficial, but all majors are accepted
  • Geographical and functional mobility to experience different functions and locations across the U.S. during the 12-month training program and beyond
  • Ability to leverage data and insights to provide effective solutions to complex problems
  • Leadership capability, self-motivation, and a willingness to drive results and deliver above and beyond expectations
