Prioritizing personalized care and innovative treatments, our clinic provides comprehensive physical therapy services. Our patients will benefit from expert care, within an inviting setting, designed to meet the distinct needs of Cullman's residents.
Your Role:
As a Full-Time Front Desk Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our outpatient services team. Your responsibilities will include managing front desk duties and actively participating as a Physical Therapy Technician. This role requires flexibility to work both roles, in our clinic located in Hoover, Alabama.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in-person and over the phone.
- Manage patient interactions, including check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing.
- Coordinate the initiation of care with therapy staff and external agencies.
- Maintain staff productivity through effective visit distribution.
- Act as a liaison between therapy staff, other agency personnel, and administrators.
- Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans.
- Guide patients through prescribed exercise programs under supervision.
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Assist with equipment setup and maintain clean treatment areas.
- Support with data entry and administrative tasks.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate: additional education preferred.
- 1-2 years' experience in a front office setting (healthcare environment preferred for Front Desk Administrator).
- Willingness to learn and work within a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work in the clinic located in Cullman, Alabama
