Day to Day of the position: Answering the phone in a professional manner at all times. Pulling the manifest for the next day from Vet Ride. Entering the Rides into the system. Setting up driver assignments in the system. Scheduling the next day trips in Routing Box. Entering completed trips into Vet Ride. Ensuring that the Drivers' time sheet is turned into the Operations Manager daily. Maintaining Vehicle files and inventory. Monitor Drivers to ensure on time performance. Make assignment changes during the day as necessary. Assist Drivers in locating their pickups. Assisting Passengers with ETA's of their pick up. After hours phone coverage. Weekend phone coverage. Drive as necessary. Any other Duties that are assigned. Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Previous office or administrative experience. MS Office. The ability to multitask.
