The Role The Process Improvement and Systems Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives within the food manufacturing plant. This role focuses on optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Utilizing the Hellenic scaling system, this role will implement methodologies to enhance operational performance, reduce waste, and ensure sustainable practices throughout the plant. This position is based in a food manufacturing plant, with some time spent in an office setting. The role may require occasional travel to other plant locations or supplier sites. Key Accountabilities Process Optimization Systems Management Continuous Improvement Quality Assurance and Compliance Project Management Data Analysis and Reporting Skills And Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement within a manufacturing environment, preferably in food production. Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Experience with the Hellenic scaling system and its application in a manufacturing setting. Proficient in data analysis and statistical tools. Excellent project management and leadership skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization. Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP) and regulatory requirements.
