Are you ready to join a dynamic team that thrives on precision and accuracy? We are looking for a Billing Specialist who enjoys multitasking and working in a high-pressure environment. In this role, you will handle a heavy volume of both inbound and outbound calls, process invoices, and manage escalations. You will be responsible for reviewing invoices, processing vendor invoices for payment, and maintaining accurate billing records. Additionally, you will communicate with vendors, reconcile statements, and ensure timely payments. Your role is crucial in maintaining our billing systems during the integration of new processes, demanding a high level of accuracy and timeliness in completing tasks.

Work Site
Onsite Monday through Thursday and Remote on Fridays
Work Environment
Training is conducted fully in-office for at least 2 weeks to build trust and familiarity with processes. Post-training, you will be required to be in-office Monday through Thursday and remote on Fridays.
