Key Responsibilities:

Strategically develop and execute IT service strategies that align with our ambitious company goals.

Innovate and improve service delivery processes to meet evolving industry standards and client needs.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field, with a strong preference for candidates with 8+ years in IT service management or leadership roles.

A proven track record of innovative problem-solving and an ability to think strategically about technology's role in business growth.

Excellent communication skills, with a talent for inspiring and leading teams towards achieving shared goals.

A genuine passion for learning, with a desire to stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies.
