Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Coordinator at Calico Brands, Inc. located in Ontario, CA. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Purchasing Coordinator. As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our purchasing department by assisting with various tasks related to procurement and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

Handle PO related.

Logistic? Monitor shipping schedule and recorded upon arrival

Handling disputes

Maintain accurate records of purchases and invoices.

Collaborate with production planning and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Process credit card order and complete monthly Credit Card Expense Report to Accounting.

Assist in evaluating supplier performance and resolving any issues or discrepancies

Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

Bilingual (Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in Chinese)

Business-level English communication skills

Associates degree or equivalent experience.

At least 3 years of office work experience

Proficiency in computer including above average Excel skills

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM. No overtime scheduled

This is an ONSITE position, no hybrid/remote schedule available.
