Job Description

Job Overview:

In this role, the selected candidate willassistthe Store Manager in leading the sales team, managing daily operations, and promoting sales of our products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors. Candidate will provide superior customer service to our customers;maintainstore sales performance, cost controls, inventory control, and business strategy. The Assistant Manager will also develop his/her staff, newbusinessand assets, and provide HVAC technical support. Must be an extroverted leader who can inspire a multi-location team of people. This individual must alsopossessstrong process management skills toassistin driving resultsand alsoidentifyingnew ways to improve current processes and procedures. This is a full time position, all work is done onsite.

Duties:

  • Generate counter sales for branch
  • Ability to manage multiple prioritiesincluding inventory, audits, personnel management, and budgets
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong communicationskills is a must
  • Proficient in conflict resolution
  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office applications and ability to cross reference equipment in our system
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Will work as a team and help in other department as needed

  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Strong communicationskills
  • Proficient in conflict resolution
  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office applications and using the computer to cross-reference equipment/parts
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Previous experience with budgets and P L is a huge plus
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Desire to progress within the organization
  • 2 - 5 years of HVAC experience or knowledge of HVAC designs preferred
  • Ability to work full time, up to 40 hours a week (onsite) is required
