At CenterWell Home Health, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes. As a Branch Director, you'll play a critical role in leading our team of healthcare professionals to provide personalized, comprehensive care to patients in their homes.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Branch Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our home health branch. As a leader, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
  • Supervising and supporting a team of clinical and administrative staff to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
  • Collaborating with our Area Director of Operations and AVP of Operations and Finance to establish revenue and budget goals
  • Conducting quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and care quality
  • Participating in sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience, preferably in home health or hospice
  • Outstanding leadership skills with experience motivating, educating, and supporting staff
  • Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards
  • Fiscal management experience and proficiency in EMR systems, including Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
