please do not call , but you are more than welcome to reach out via email. #ZR Job Purpose: To support our courier drivers while on the road and help facilitate the on-time delivery of all items to our customers using all resources available.

Schedule: 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday

Some overtime and some holidays Fully Onsite

Pay: $20-22/hr

Biweekly Pay

Duties: Provide logistical and operational support to contractors

Deliver excellent customer service to all internal and external customers

Assist in dispatching jobs to independent contractors

Verify order delivery

Miscellaneous office tasks (filing, data entry, report composition, special projects)

Explore opportunities for improvement in all assigned tasks

Qualifications: At least 2 years of professional experience in a time-critical environment

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise

Ability to give clear and concise instructions via written and verbal mediums

Capacity to make decisions in a high stress environment

Thrives in fast pace work environment

Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands multiple times throughout the day

Capable of performing light warehouse duties as needed

Proficiency in Microsoft applications

Availability to work overtime including some evenings and weekends

High School Diploma or GED
