Organizational Change Manager
The Opportunity:
As a digital transformation consultant, you know that implementing improved digital initiatives with effective process improvementsis crucial for your client's future. You're eager to apply your consulting experience and full Navy submarine forceknowledge to develop creative solutions. We're looking for someone like you to apply your knowledge and help organizations solve their traditional business challenges with new digital strategies and solutions.
As a digital transformation consultant on our team,
you'll have a direct impact on the Navy. You'll engage with your customer to analyze their environment and deliver process improvement strategies.
You'll assess how a change will impact business processes and organizational design to help your team develop a change strategy to facilitate the process. As onsite change management support, your clients will look to you to help them pivot as needs arise throughout the change cycle.

You Have:
2+ years of experience in a professional work environment
1+ years of experience with managing and delivering process improvement projects
1+ years of experience with interfacing and presenting to senior clients
Knowledge of continuous process improvement practices
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with the Navy or Submarine Force
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint or Power Platform
Knowledge of Navy Lean Six Sigma practices
Knowledge of business process reengineering practices
Ability to execute and lead process improvement projects
Green Belt Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
