Depending on the experience, someone who has run campaigns before would work\".Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute integrated customer marketing campaigns aimed at driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities to existing customers, ultimately contributing to revenue growth goals.Utilize marketing automation platforms such as Pardot to build, execute, and optimize campaigns across various channels including email, webinars, and social media.Leverage data-driven insights and tools like 6sense to identify and prioritize target accounts, personalize messaging, and optimize campaign performance.Plan and execute webinars and virtual events using platforms like ON24, ensuring seamless execution and maximizing attendee engagement.Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Marketing teams to align campaign objectives, messaging, and content with business goals and customer needs.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to inform continuous improvement and optimization efforts.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on customer marketing, campaign management, and revenue generation.Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, particularly Pardot, with hands-on experience in campaign setup, execution, and optimization.Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics, including account selection, personalized messaging, and cross-channel orchestration.Proven experience in planning and executing webinars and virtual events using platforms like ON24, from content development to promotion and follow-up.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentEducation: Bachelors Degree
