Job Summary:
Campaign Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and management of the Show Up Strong '24 campaign. This position requires a dynamic, organized, and proactive individual who will oversee the logístical and operational aspects of our high-impact voter registration events across Philadelphia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Planning and Strategy:

- Develop and refine campaign strategies in alignment with overarching objectives.
- Create detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Logistics Coordination:

- Manage all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, transportation, setup, and breakdown.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
- Vendor Management:

- Negotiate contracts and oversee the performance of vendors and contractors.
- Ensure all services are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Financial Oversight:

- Manage the campaign budget, approve expenditures, and ensure all financial activities are within approved limits.
- Prepare financial reports and cost forecasts for review by senior management.
- Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure all campaign activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Monitor campaign practices to ensure adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements.
- Quality Assurance:

- Conduct regular checks and balances to ensure that all aspects of the campaign meet the agency’s high standards.
- Implement corrective measures when necessary to address any deviations from planned activities.
- Communication:

- Serve as the point of contact for all internal communications related to the campaign alongside the campaign manager.
- Effectively communicate status updates, changes, and requirements to all stakeholders.
- Post-Event Analysis:

- Conduct post-event evaluations to determine event effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Gather feedback from staff and participants to enhance future campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management and event coordination, preferably in a marketing or promotional context.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
