The Field HR Coordinator is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with HR Resources and HR Director by supporting efforts company-wide. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: HR administrative operations, training, HR metrics reporting, data analytics, employee relations, performance management, on-boarding and orientation, policy communication.
Other Duties:
- Prepares and analyzes reports and employee-related data to identify successes and opportunities on HR metrics and employee-related data
- Analyzes employee-related data and identifies successes and opportunities.
- Performs audits of facility processes
- Tracks and prepares annual reviews within area of responsibility
- Provides HR coverage and support to operations temporarily without a HR Representative
- Identifies, supports & trains HR Representatives in HR procedures and business system processes
- First point of contact for HR Representatives on Workday processes or company policies
- Addresses basic employee concerns and documents as appropriate with support or guidance from HR Resource or HR Director
- Provides remote support to facilities during onsite government survey or audits
- Identifies training opportunities for HR Representatives using question or issue trend analysis. Provides monthly training webinars company-wide or market-wide depending on the request or need.
- Escalates any employee relations issues to HR Resources or HR Director.
- 3+ years' experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist role (Data Entry, payroll, HRIS & employment lifecycle knowledge)
- Highly technical and proficient across Microsoft office applications (Word, PPT, Excel)
- Working knowledge of state and federal labor law
- Healthcare experience a plus
- Multi-unit HR experience a plus
- PHR or SPHR Certification a plus

- Adept at MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint with the ability to learn programs quickly
