Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Customer Success Manager to join our team in Illinois. Based in either Peoria or Chicago, you will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, conducting educational visits at client facilities, assisting clients in utilizing Hike Medical's services, and acting as a brand ambassador to our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at major employer clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to enhance their experience with Hike Medical.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
- Conduct on-site educational sessions at various client facilities to inform employees about Hike Medical's benefits and services.
- Develop engaging presentations and materials to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Organize workshops and seminars to increase employee engagement and utilization of services.
- Assist clients and their teams in navigating and using Hike Medical's services efficiently.
- Provide ongoing support and training to client representatives and employees.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly.
- Represent Hike Medical positively in client and public interactions
- Promote brand awareness and foster strong community relationships.
- Collect and relay client feedback to improve service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare services and employee benefits is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel within Illinois as required
