Berger Transfer & Storage, Inc is seeking a DRIVER RECRUITER COORDINATOR to join our team in Lawrenceville, Georgia Our Driver Recruiter Coordinator works hand in hand with our Driver Recruiter as well as our safety team. They are the candidates main point of contact from setting up phone interview and pre-qualifying our drivers, to helping new drivers complete our new hire orientation process.

Responsibilities for our Driver Recruiter Coordinator include but are not limited to:

* Work hand in hand with our Driver recruiter by setting up phone interviews and pre-qualifying owner operators;

* Work with driver candidates for obtaining all needed paperwork and keeping systems up to date;

* Work with our Safety Department on new hire orientation process, as well as coordinating drug screens, physicals and MVR checks for all new drivers;

* Serve as point person for potential drivers during the recruiting process;

* Additional tasks as assigned by management.

The successful candidate for this position will share the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

* High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred);

* Previous experience recruiting long haul truck drivers and independent truck drivers (required);

* Previous experience with applicant tracking systems helpful but not required;

* Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a high-demand, fast-paced work environment;

* Able to make sound decisions on objective data;

* Capable to perform duties with minimum direction and work in a team environment;

* Strong written and verbal skills;

* Solid computer skills
