Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose Plans, manages, organizes, and delivers the program(s) as needed for Child Health Advocacy and Outreach. Responsibilities Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets. Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals. Oversees daily operations mobile medical units and corresponding programs. Serves as a primary liaison to community partners, sites, and agencies. Assists in the development of personnel in conjunction with appropriate team members. Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership. Minimum Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree - Healthcare related field

Experience 5-10 years Supervisor Experience Licenses & Certifications Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Cert/Lic in Area of Expertise Preferred Requirements Education Master's Degree - Healthcare related field
