**Cardiac Anesthesiology Career Opportunity**
We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Anesthesiology Physician to join our team at Archway Physician Recruitment. This is a full-time, permanent position with a highly competitive compensation structure.
**Key Highlights:**
- Employee/W2 status
- Full-time position with a permanent contract
- Highly competitive compensation structure
- Able to accept new graduates
- Fellowship-trained in cardiac anesthesia required
- Weekend coverage: 1:7
- Weekday coverage: 1:4 with post-call day off and call from home
- 8 weeks of paid time off
- Work in a 485-licensed bed facility with 9,000 annual cases
- Cases include: general, ortho, ENT, endo, GI, cath lab, etc.
- No CRNAs in heart cases (performed by physician)
- No OB, peds, or neuro cases
