The Mission
As a Customer Advocate, you'll be the healthcare hero for 50-70 individuals every day. You'll navigate the world of PCPs, meds, appointments, and benefits like a pro, armed with your knowledge and your amazing people skills. And the best part? You'll be making a real impact on people's lives.
The Deets
This is a full-time gig, Monday through Friday.
You'll need to be flexible and ready to rock one of our 8-hour shifts between 8am and 8pm EST.
Get ready for an intensive 5-week orientation with training and support every step of the way.
A keen ear for listening and a knack for finding solutions.
The ability to juggle multiple tasks like navigating databases while being your awesome self on the phone.
A passion for helping others and making their day better.
High School Diploma (bonus points for a bachelor's degree).
At least a year of experience in insurance operations.
You're a tech whiz and can handle our web-based systems.
You're all about the details and can keep track of everything.
The Cherry on Top
Healthcare/insurance experience (if you know your way around medical terminology and benefit plans).
A background in social work, behavioral health, or anything that shows you're all about helping others.
You're a customer service ninja with problem-solving skills.
