Description

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to support a program with DoJ customer with various graphics, creative content project-oriented task.

Clarksburg, WV

Clearance:
Top Secret

Responsibilities:
  • Work as a part of a strategic management team to assist, facilitate, and manage business process efforts
  • Support the marketing and communications of a major IT system
  • Write, develop, and design visuals to enhance project objectives
  • Coordinate and communicate IT system developments and ensure information is readily available to customers
  • Preparing and/or review technical and programmatic documentation to ensure consistency with training documentation and ensuring impacts are identified, understood, and communicated
  • Develop high quality technical training curriculum for online delivery and/or via self-paced individual developmental learning
Minimum Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience managing and supporting IT systems
  • Producing quality written documentation and products, to include, but not limited to; Procedures, processes, presentations, newsletters, technical training guides and manuals, marketing materials, online training modules, and websites
  • Proficiency developing MS SharePoint
  • Proficiency with MS Publisher
  • Proficiency in using Adobe Captivate to develop computer-based trainings (CBTs) is required
  • Proficiency managing social media platforms for an IT system/program, including proficiency with government policies and restrictions in use of social media is required
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud to facilitate the design, layout, and production of brochures, pamphlets, one-pagers, briefings, and other materials is required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience supporting Federal Government/DoD information technology projects a plus
