Requirements (Education, Level of Experience, etc.) Education and Licensure: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related discipline and at least four (4) years of progressive professional experience in the AEC industry (Architecture, Engineering, Construction), or at least eight (8) years of directly related experience is required or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the responsibilities of the position. Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Progressive professional experience performing increasingly complex and varied project assignments in leading proposal teams. (required) Ability to manage multiple deadlines and possess exceptional planning, organizational, writing, and formatting skills.
