Innovator Capital Management is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Marketing Content to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, refining, and executing a comprehensive content marketing strategy to promote Innovator and its ETFs. This individual will play a key role in enhancing our brand visibility, engaging with our target audience, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic content marketing plan to promote our ETF offerings across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, email campaigns, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Create high-quality, compelling content such as articles, blog posts, newsletters, whitepapers, videos, infographics, webinars, and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our ETF products and educate investors about their benefits.
  • Collaborate closely with product and sales teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment of content marketing efforts with overall business objectives and product priorities.
  • Oversee maintenance of content inventory and ensure all content meets industry and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content marketing, preferably within the financial services industry with a focus on ETFs or asset management.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Solid understanding of investing concepts, investment products and strategies, financial markets, retirement planning, and the financial intermediary ecosystem.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with strong understanding of grammar and punctuation, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to craft persuasive narratives.
  • Naturally curious, results-oriented, innovative, competitive, and hard-working.
