To strengthen our growth, we are looking for talent as Talent Acquisition Manager, Indonesia & NAPIMS

What can you expect?

  • Provide full scope of talent acquisition activities for Indonesia Foods including, end to end recruiting for L8+ professional staff, employer branding and campus recruiting to ensure robust talent pipeline for business continuity and growth
  • Provide L8+ recruiting for professional staffs in GMD markets including Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, South Korea and Japan
  • Act as a strategic advisor to internal clients on talent acquisition process and efforts while also leading them through the evaluation of internal and external candidates for their critical openings.


Responsibilities:

We will count on you to:

  • Set talent acquisition agenda for Indonesia business to support business strategy, build system capability and capacity to deliver short-term and long-term talent goals
  • Responsible for E2E hiring for L8&above, also need to supervising the E2E hiring for L7&below from direct report as well as key hub partners ( HBS team). Partnership with local HRBP on frontline mass hiring, esp. for the start-up stage.
  • Drive continuous improvement on key hiring KPIs (Time to Accept (TTA), Time-to- Find/Hire, Hiring Manager Satisfaction scores (HMSS) and Candidate Experience
  • Develop high performance team through annual objective setting, performance reviews, coaching and support on problem-solving
  • Provide sound staffing support that is aligned to a specific internal functional client team(s), with a goal of filling open roles with qualified external talent
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers, HR partner in order to foster partnerships that yield consistent on-going communication, high-quality results, and efficient processes in order to build TA function credibility
  • Develop talent pipeline and hiring programs (e.g. strategic hiring, campus recruitment) in anticipation of future business hiring needs by understanding business needs, time horizon, talent requirements such as Internship, Sales Trainee, Management Trainee, etc.
  • Build understanding of talent landscape and develop candidate networks with the aim to fulfil business talent needs and act as talent advisor to the business on hiring strategy and external talent drivers.
  • Plan and activate employer branding initiatives to establish PepsiCo Indonesia as employer of choice for target cohorts, develop outreach initiatives and set KPIs to measure success in awareness, conversion and hiring
  • Other Ad hoc projects as assigned


Qualifications:

What you need to have?

Qualification:

  • Education: University degree. Being certified HR management degree is compulsory required.
  • Work Experience: at least 5-7 years of experience in the same position or similar job with successful proven records.
  • Other qualifications:
    • Possess High level of passion Super problem-solving skills
    • Great Leadership in building a good role model Able to coach & develop others
    • Think out of the box & creative is preferable Professional grooming and appearance
    • Great communication & Presentation skill Well organized & self-disciplined

    • Good at Indonesian & English communication (speaking & writing)

  • Digital Proficiency:
    • Have experience using HR technology (such as an HRIS, business intelligence, data visualization programs, online communication tools) to create and implement HR strategy, apply HR management practices, and track spending.
  • People advocacy:
    • Knowledge and/or experience with national and regional labor law, and tax and social security regulations
    • Good grasp of HRM techniques and excellent people management skills
    • Excellent mentoring and relationship building skills
    • Ability to empathize with others
