If so, we'd love to hear from you Vursor is looking for a skilled NetSuite Delivery Manager, and the full-time role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package. Role Overview The Delivery Manager (DM) is responsible for managing and delivering implementation projects while taking on key governance functions. This includes ensuring internal controls on project governance, optimizing resource allocations, overseeing team development, and maintaining the quality and efficiency of Vursor's delivery processes. The DM is also accountable for fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement across the Delivery Team. In addition to project oversight, the DM leads internal initiatives, oversees operational controls, and works closely with the Project Controls Officer (PCO) to ensure seamless project administration and invoicing. The DM plays a pivotal role in coaching and mentoring Consultants of all levels, conducting regular performance reviews, and ensuring team alignment with Vursors objectives and standards. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery and Governance Oversee the delivery of multiple client engagements, ensuring adherence to Vursor's project methodology and governance framework. Conduct weekly reviews of overdue clients and project suspensions, identifying corrective actions and escalation points. Ensure resource allocation and workload distribution are optimized by performing weekly resource allocation checks. Monitor project risks, budgets, and burn rates, taking proactive measures to mitigate issues. Conduct project reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction. Act as an escalation point for project-related issues and ensure their timely resolution. Host internal and client-facing project status calls to maintain alignment across stakeholders. Team Development and Mentoring Conduct one-on-ones with Delivery Managers, providing coaching, guidance, and career development support. Perform quarterly reviews for Delivery Managers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and individual performance targets. Identify skill gaps and opportunities for growth, providing tailored development plans for team members. Critical Project Escalations and Risk Management Act as the secondary escalation point for critical project issues and ensure timely resolution. Monitor project-related risks and implement mitigation strategies. Support Consultants in handling complex or high-impact client scenarios. Recruitment Participate in candidate interviews to assess technical, functional, and cultural fit. Identify gaps in skillsets and make hiring recommendations as needed. Maintain skillset criteria for consulting positions. Accountability Project Governance: Ensuring internal controls, adherence to governance standards, and continuous improvement in project delivery. Corporate Goals: Execute on corporate-level KPIs and ensure Professional Services team meets them. Resource and Task Management: Optimizing resource allocations and structuring internal tasks for maximum productivity. Team Development: Coaching and mentoring Delivery Managers, conducting quarterly reviews, and maintaining high-performance standards. Operational Excellence: Ensuring accuracy and compliance in invoicing, timesheet submissions, and payment applications. Risk Mitigation: Managing project risks and resolving critical escalations to ensure project success. Key Metrics of Success On-time, on-budget, and in-scope project delivery within defined targets for all client projects. High client satisfaction (CSAT) scores across all engagements. Compliance with invoicing processes and successful application of payments/deposits. Completion of quarterly goals defined during the previous Quarterly Performance Review. #J-18808-Ljbffr
