The ro le youll contribute:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Philanthropy Services Project Manager to join our AdventHealth Foundation West Florida team This team member will report to the Director of Philanthropy Services. The ideal person for this role can manage multiple projects from inception to distribution, while effectively keep all stakeholders informed of project progress and using communications tools and channels to build relationships and helping drive the team forward to meet goals.

  • Help manage the development, production and deployment of all marketing and communication materials for WFD Foundations.
  • Assist with content creation for marketing and communication materials.
  • Serve as project manager for all philanthropy services projects including working with stakeholders to set project scopes, develop executable project plans, coordinate reviews and approvals, ensure timely delivery and more.
  • Proactively communicate to keep projects on track. Check in and follow up with all project staff, including fundraisers, program directors, division marketing, hospital staff and external vendors, etc.
  • Monitor project risks and scope creep to foresee/identify potential problems, and proactively identify and present solutions to leadership.
  • Work collaboratively with West Florida Division creative team and outside designers to produce projects in a timely manner that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Create and send emails, and maintain lists, with the support of the Director of Philanthropy Services and the Donor Relations and Annual Giving team, through SendGrid email marketing software
  • Support Director of Philanthropy Services in collaborating with division and hospital marketing teams, and division corporate communications team, on social media opportunities and other projects
  • Support the Director of Philanthropy Services in all Foundation video production, including scheduling and logistics, composing storyboards and interview prep sheets, and onsite production assistance
  • Manage and maintain the AdventHealth Foundation West Florida internal and external websites
  • Adhere to AdventHealth brand guidelines and standards and ensure a consistent voice and cohesive look and feel throughout all Foundation communications and fundraising
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

T he expertise and experiences youll need to succeed:

Bachelors degree (preferably in marketing, communications or journalism)

Three or more years of experience in marketing, communications, philanthropy or a related field
