**Location:** Rosemont, IL

**Responsibilities:** Culligan is seeking an experienced candidate with previous Controllership experience and an operational mindset to join our growing team. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment and possesses a high level of critical thinking skills and a proactive work ethic. This individual identifies problems and works cross-functionally to define and implement best practice solutions. Culligans Dealer Channel includes light manufacturing and distribution operations in Libertyville, IL, and dealer operations across the United States and Canada.

**Specific Job Function:**

* Drive continued working capital improvements focusing on accurate forecasting and timely variance review

* Financial planning and analysis: partner with Dealer Channel FP&A team to drive a transparent, accurate and efficient forecasting and budgeting process.

* Active P&L Management

* Predictive analysis on cost impacts outside of volume-related drivers

* Partner with Sr. Finance Manager of Dealer Channel to provide insight on cost variances at the Region or Branch levels

* Partner with BU leads and LV Manufacturing to determine and recommend opportunities to achieve improved profitability.

* Play a key role in implementing the reorganization and centralization of the Enterprise Dealer Groups finance/accounting activities, working closely with Dealer Channel Finance Director and North America Finance. This also includes uniting the group under a common ERP system.

* Support North America accounting team in standardizing and enhancing accounting activities and policies across the Dealer Channel

* Lead finance integration for Dealer Channel acquisitions.

* Provide regular and transparent updates to all stakeholders, including Dealer Channel Director of Finance and North America Controller.

* Manage, develop, and mentor staff on financial acumen, business partnering and decision-making.

* Position requires 10-20% travel

**Job Requirements:**

* Bachelors Degree (B.S.) in Accounting

* 5-10 years of Financial Management and Controller experience

* Decision making skills along with strong oral, written and interpersonal skills

* Experience in manufacturing, distribution, and consumer services organizations is a plus

* ERP implementation and Consolidations Systems (SAP & Hyperion is a plus)

* Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments is a plus
