General Ledger - Post journal entries and prepare general ledger account reconciliations. Financial Reporting and Analysis Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, support annual audit and tax filings, and conduct account analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Property and Sales Tax Reports Prepare ongoing property and sales tax reports, and support compliance with other local, state, and federal reporting requirements. Training Provide support to staff accountants. Support the Corporate Controller, and other senior management as necessary in executing the CCRM network strategic plan, including additional duties and special projects as assigned. Other Projects Other projects, including ad hoc projects with external departments/sites, accounting research and proposals, documenting policy, and procedures, implementing process improvements. Other duties as assigned. What You Bring: Bachelors degree in accounting required. CPA preferred. 3 years experience in public/private accounting required (healthcare is a plus). Fluent in Microsoft Excel and accounting software programs (NetSuite is a plus). Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate with others, frequently required to sit at a desk, work on a computer, and spend prolonged periods preparing and analyzing data and figures. Will occasionally stand and/or walk; use hands and fingers to grasp, pick, pinch, type; and reach with hands and arms. Employees are required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; operation of standard office machines and equipment (computer, telephone, photocopier, and scanner). The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. CCRMs Compensation: The salary range represents the national average compensation for this position. The base salary offered will vary based on location, experience, skills, and knowledge. The pay range does not reflect the total compensation package. Our rewards may include an annual bonus, flexible work arrangements, and many other region-specific benefits.
