Nationally Recognized Restoration and Mitigation Company has position available for an experienced Commercial Project Manager. Must have commercial restoration experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Coordination:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Conduct thorough site assessments and risk analyses to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
  2. Budget Management:
    • Create and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
    • Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and prepare accurate financial reports for stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
  3. Contract Negotiation:
    • Participate in contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
    • Review and approve project contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
    • Work closely with legal advisors to address any contractual issues that may arise during the project.
  4. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, including field personnel, subcontractors, and support staff.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
    • Conduct regular project meetings to keep all stakeholders informed of project status and address any concerns.
  5. Quality Control and Safety Compliance:
    • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
    • Oversee safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
    • Conduct regular safety meetings and audits to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.
  6. Client Relations:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
    • Provide regular project updates to clients, ensuring transparency and client satisfaction.
    • Resolve any client issues or disputes promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in project management within the commercial restoration industry.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
Salary $90,000 to $110,000 DOE
