Primary Responsibilities:

- Ordering and tracking parts
- BOM creation
- Releasing drawings/documents, tracking and ordering COPS, GFE
- Shipping as required, and other general support as requested
- Edits format of required documentation
- Interfaces with technicians, engineers and engineering managers to create/ edit documentation
- Assists in tracking action items, risk management tools, and tasks in the change management tools
- Supports the Bid & Proposal process, assisting in bid narratives and bid reviews
- Networks with both internal and external personnel at multiple levels in own area of expertise
- Represents organization as a prime contact on projects, often coordinating activities of support personnel and communicating effectively
- Obtaining or providing information or data on matters of moderate importance to the function of the department or which may be of sensitive nature
- Generally works on moderately difficult assignments which are given in terms of objectives to be accomplished and priorities to be followed. Requires judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations
- Contributes to lab management team utilizing SCOUT
- Manages and assigns EMC board review requests

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and project coordination skills
- Experience with customer support and service preferred

**Preferred Tools/Applications**:

- SAP
- Ariba
- Master
- O365 suite
